"My experience was horrible. I was in pain and the sonographer doing the ultrasound was in a hurry as soon as I entered the ultrasongraphy room. She was just giving instructions without introducing herself , without a smile, without any polite bed manners. She was so aggressive and also not paying attention to the details of the Ultrasound. Just capturing multiple images to get rid of the patient as soon as she can. I would never come to this place again. It is a real poor service and waste of money."

"Went for an early reassurance scan here Nice clinic and the receptionist was also pleasant However the sonographer was rude She didn’t introduce herself and just said do you have any concerns I said yes I’ve had two early miscarriages and her response was just “ok” She started to scan, turns out I was less than what I thought, I thought based on my lmp I was 7wks 3 days but the scan showed 5 weeks 6 days, we saw a flickering heartbeat and everything looked fine, I was shocked to see the flickering early and just said oh I didn’t know you could pick up or see the heartbeat this early and she sarcastically said “well yeah that’s what essentially keeps it alive” I thought okay love I know that I just didn’t expect to see it that early that’s all, anyway didn’t like her attitude, she was rude, won’t be returning to this clinic Thanks for whatever you did anyway"

"Really poor service from the lady who scanned me today. We got in there and she didn't introduce herself or anything.. I said shall I get straight on the bed she said we'll yeah which I found rude. She was then looking at babys head for a long time and I said is there something wrong as you have been looking at the same thing for a while she said no just taking measurements she didn't once confirm there was a heartbeat until I asked and she never once explained what she was looking for or measuring while we was in there. As I was wiping the gel off I asked her a question and she completely ignored me so I turned to look at her and she was just sat on her phone! Very rude and unprofessional. The actual waiting area was also not idea as you could here what was going on in the scan room. Would not be going back."

"Really professional and friendly team. I had the 4D pregnancy bonding scan and the ultrasonographer took the time to get the best images and explained everything thoroughly. Link to the full set of images and videos sent straight away to my phone. Easy access to the clinic and loads of parking. Would highly recommend."

"Travelled from hull to the Leeds ultrasound direct for an early reassurance scan costing me £70. Let’s just say I was waiting longer then I was been scanned. I was in and out within 10 minutes after been told there’s not much to do through an early scan. Price was ridiculous and service was not great. Would not return"
