"During this difficult times tried to get a second opinion for my Daisy so I was trying to find a nearby vet clinic that would accept to have the owners with the pet during consultation. The appointment was done that afternoon (5* from the beginning for kindness of the receptionist and the prompt appointment). The vet and nurse not only took great care of our cat but also took the time to explain every step and listen our concerns. I really felt valued as a pet owner and felt that Daisy was taken care of really well. Would use again."
