"Rachel has been such a wonderful, helpful person throughout the past few months. I had outdoor sessions with her and they were so restorative. Sometimes I felt I had nothing to say going into the session, but I ended up talking the whole time and felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders each time I went. I couldn't recommend Rachel more. She's very personable, allows you time to talk and helps you in the right direction. I went to Rachel for help a few months ago, it's never easy asking for help, but she made it easy, I'm glad I picked Rachel she was so easy to talk to and never judged me, she has this ability to ask you a question that just makes you really think about things. Also I can't recommend the outside session enough they are such a brilliant and helpful tool for helping work though things. Iv just finnished my sessions and it's open ended, I can always come back if I need more help which is great.
