Reviews
"Great if you have mental illness but not if your needs are too complex. They knew about my illness yet still found a way to push me out because my health deteriorated too much. Sorry to dissapoint."
"Fine till you are made an appointment and they apparently send the letter in the post..... An appointment they didn't confirm with you prior to sending so have no knowledge of. Then when said letter doesn't arrive.... Wonder why you don't attend then discharge you, refusing to help despite the fact you are in need of councilling and they tell you over the phone whilst out that you can't have any help and leave you having a breakdown over the phone. Then 3 weeks later if it wasn't bad enough, they write to you, say they were worried about you, oh but you're still discharged. Seriously..... I'd say they don't care! So exhaust all other options first. Then if all else fails.... Just don't risk it."
