"Told I had to order my prescription in person, thenwent today and told to do it by phone. Then told to use e-reception, done that and not had any notification its been sorted when I really need the medication asap. Woman on reception is the laziest no hope I have ever come across and seemed would rather people die than her having to move her fat backside, embarrassment of a show every time I go there"
