"I never thought I'd write a review for a rental agent because all the agents I have seen or heard so far were not really worthy of leaving a review. During the sales time or showing the rental homes, they all will be nice but it's during the tenancy and after the tenancy how they deal with you is what keeps Circa a different people altogether. I rented for approximately Four and Hlaf years in one of the properties they manage and I never once felt ignored or not cared for. Georgia responded as quickly as possible and arranged the plumbers or electricians or any kind of maintenance almost instantly. She always followed up with me whether the issue is resolved or not. Whether it is related to the contract or end of the contract, she was always there to help. During the end of tenancy Sean Thomas was so helpful. He had his genuine opinion on the condition of the flat and suggested what I should do. He is another gentleman who takes care of you. All these guys are not just doing business they have a heart and they think about you, your situation, your circumstances and they understnad all of it and try to convey it to the landlord. Not much is in their control if the landlord doesn't agree to any of our requests but at least these guys have a heart to present our case. These are the wonderful guys and I'd recommend all my friends to utilise their services and I am definitely reaching out to them for any future requirements. Thank you Circa!"
