"The view is excellent and the apartment is really nice. However the communal service needs more attention"
"Don’t allow services to park in the entrance, problems with hot water, pay for going to the gym, bad building maintenance, expensive bills for building management, dirty filters in the air cooling, cheap house equipment and dirty carpets in the apartments."
"Concierge are very nice but the management is very very very poor. The AC chiller has not been working properly since September 2019 and it needs to be replaced but the management does not want to spend the money for it. They have been fixing it for 2 years and it works fine for a couple of days and then the AC becomes very hot like a hair dryer. I have been complaining to them since then but no use. AVOID IT PLEASE"
"It was a nice place to live until a few years ago, but it has become a very not good place full of noise and dust since construction began. And it's been a long time since it was built, so the interior is now worn out."
"I stayed here for a year, and the location is amazing, just minutes walk to Canary Wharf. There is some construction of a new building next door, so do be aware of dust or noise. Pros: - central heating + air con. - medium quality hard product (kitchen, floors, bathroom) - quiet. I think the walls are pretty thick. - on site gym, usually never very full - concierge to sign for parcels Cons: - no ability to rent a parking space if you don't get one with your flat - heating bill is rather high. For a one bed, some months it was like £50 or £60! Should be cheaper since it's a shared central system - no fibre to the premise yet, still BT copper landline - wardrobe space in bedrooms is tiny"
