"Very bad management. Poor facilities especially this pseudo playground with one swing and bars so high up smaller kids cannot even use it. However dog owners found it very attractive to get their dogs to use it as a toilet. Nobody cares. One concierge for all development 7am-7pm. They do whatever in their power but super understaffed. One good thing, they finally mange to change floor in lifts after almost 2 years of waiting. People moving in out every week. No lights in the park next to the bridge, you can find gangs of kids, youngsters and adults drinking smoking weed in the night. If you have young kid or family think twice before moving here."
"With only 2 lifts for 25 floors and a basement and lower ground, expect to be waiting a long time if you have a job to get to. The whole building creaks as if your on an old pirate ship, all night and all day with the slightest of winds. If your not worried about time and don’t require sleep then it’s great. No provision for hard water softener, appliances, skin and hair wrecked. When the sun comes out temperatures can exceed over 30 degree Celsius in the rooms , no provision for air conditioning either. No proper extractor fans in the kitchen for those who don’t cook basic food. If your basic it’s great ! Parking is a real issue for visitors. A long walk from the station !"
"The block is complete but the area is under construction. We visited a flat in the block which had a great view of the Welsh Harp Reservoir. The concierge was on the ball and very helpful. The flat was perfect for two people."
"Really nice apartments. The only downside is that there is constant construction in the area. Really nice running routes nearby and close to Hendon station( Thameslink)"
