"I have rented 1 bed basement flat from oak tree agency in Somerset house W4 5DA which was not well maintained property at all and mould everywhere and built by very cheap materials. Oak tree never took responsibility so, i always had disrepair issues to be honest. I gave my notice 2.5 months ago to Luca who is director of this agency because greedy landlord wanted increase rent price for this bad maintained property. After I move out Oak tree agency did not refund my deposit as they said they did not find next tenant for this bad property even they had many viewings for last 2.5 months. Luca visited to my old flat without my permission and tried to come inside when i was sleeping that was very unprofessional and scary moment I ever had. I am going to take them to court soon. BE CAREFUL THESE GREEDY PEOPLE!!"
"Please be careful when you work with this agency. When you want rent a property with them they are all professional and supportive respond quickly but when the time comes to get you deposit they take weeks and weeks to respond to your emails. it has been a month after I moved out from the property I rented through them and still I am waiting for my deposit (although the new tenant moved about three days after I moved out). I called and talked to Debbie today and she didn't let me finish my conversation and cut the line while I was talking. I am planning to formally complain about them if they don't pay my deposit by the end of today. I am so disappointed that I went to this agency. in my opinion you should either avoid them or put a line in your contract to avoid this delay in your deposit payment."
