"I have been a long-term resident at this place. Newington Court is OK. The manager (Michal) is awesome, and does a great job. However, LHA London is very reluctant to get things fixed/replaced at this particular location– not even the things that are essential for daily living. They don’t feel obligated to, and it’s as though you are pleading to have them do the right thing, with constant reminders. Considering rent was increased twice in just one year, this is not right. There is room for improvement!"

"Newington Court is a clean and very safe accommodation building. Rooms are nice, bright and warm during the winter. Plus, super cool location, Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church Street just a minute away. Lots of pubs, restaurants, gyms and super markets around. Most important, the staff is really helpful and friendly. Honestly I cannot speak highly of them enough!"
