"My monthly prescription is never ready, even though it's been approved and sent by my GP between 5 and 7 days prior to my collection. In many occasions I have got home to find whole items missing, sometimes the boxes have been opened and half the tablets are missing, and it's still been dispensed as a full box. I am changing pharmacies as soon as I can. When it was Mr. Jackson's pharmacy it was a very efficient pharmacy, such a shame it's not any longer."
