"Probably the worst pharmacy in Wirral. Always have to chase my elderly mother’s regular prescription. Always delayed, they say it is on the van for delivery when it isn’t or say they have tried to deliver it when they haven’t. Items missed off and they insist they were in the package. Although I work full time I often have to call in to collect it…even if I go in after the time they say it will be ready they have never even started to get it ready. How does it take 5 days to sort a prescription? What are they doing with them when they are sent through from the doctors? Staff are unhelpful and although there seems to be plenty of them milling around they don’t seem to have any effective system to get things done. This month we have called four times over 3 days and been lied to each time. Still no meds and as it’s the weekend, mum will be without til Monday. How they continue to do business is beyond me. We have now had enough of this complete shambles of a pharmacy and have changed to another one. If you care for yourself or a loved one’s health….go elsewhere."

"This chemist used to be great prescription always there and friendly staff. Over the year it has been awful medication has been wrong, not ready and items missing as well as long waiting times. Some staff extemely rude and take cash only"

"The worst chemist I have ever been in . The service is terrible , my 87 year old mother was left without essential medication. They always blame Doctors next door which is odd as they were supposed to put order through. After not receiving meds which should have been delivered on good friday so i went in to complain on tuesday after bank holiday monday , was told they were out of one med but would get from mill lane and deliver it teatime on tuesday they did not . I called Wednesday said would be ready in 10 minutes 40 minutes later was still waiting as it was getting delivered from another chemist, I had to leave had to go to make an appointment they did not have decency to tell me it was not in there chemist. I have ended up changing chemists as every month something is missing, funny thing when i told them when i went back to collect missing tablets that we would not be using them any longer i was asked to give them another chance and they would get things sorted but i told them waiting for nealy a year it was not on. I do not live in Wallasey now so this is very disturbing to me as they seem to have no duty of care and staff not trained properly. If you have an elderly loved one please think carefully before using this chemist. They do have a couple of really nice staff who seem to be really embarrassed about about what is happening."
