"I was already impressed by the hardys menu and food but recently they released the smash bros menu which elevated the quality of food and variety. I decided to get the smash box meal 1 and hot nacho smash burgers which are incredible. The smash box had a bit of everything which was flavourful and fresh, and the hot nacho smash had the crunch from the nachos which is actually a perfect combination. Food on both menus is sensational i highly recommend to anyone"

"I ordered from Hardys and it ended up being wrong several times. I had to go in three times for my order. The guy was not professional and not accommodating regarding our order. He charged me for the order that he got wrong the second time I went into store. After these three incidents, the boss promised a full refund and offered free meals. When we arrived there, the food was late and my order was wrong again. We only got a partial refund and not the full amount. I have been a regular customer to Hardys and after this incident, I will not be going again!"

"Ordered recently and they messed us around a lot. We ordered a couple meals and they got half of it wrong. We then went a second time and had to pay extra for the meals they got wrong, even though we payed for that order before and when the food was brought back it was wrong again! We went for a third time and it was also the wrong order. The fact that we went 3 times and it was still wrong is poor. We contacted the owner and they promised us a full refund and free meals for the next time we go. We went back again and only received a refund for the meals we paid extra for, even though they got it wrong. When we got the food, they got the order wrong again! Terrible experience and will not be coming again!"

"We ordered five meals as a family, however we had one meal missing and the other meal didn't have what we asked for. We went back and again they messed up a meal and charged extra for the first meal they messed up on. When speaking on the phone we asked for another meal to be delivered and we were told no, come into the store and you can get another meal, baring in mind we had been twice already. He also claimed we can have a refund. The man we were speaking to on the phone was quite difficult to speak to even though it was his fault. We went into the store and the man we spoke to on the phone tried avoiding us by staying in the kitchen. Also, another colleague was sent to us who said "we are busy, do you want the food?", We said of course as this was food we had paid for and again been charged extra for. He said 10 minutes when in reality it took over half hour. The original man we spoke to came out the kitchen and said he couldn't authorise the refund and has to speak to the boss, even though he said yes on the phone. He then took my details and I took his boss' phone number. Then I rang the boss who didn't pick up. Two hours later I rang again and the boss picked up and said he would ring in half hour. It ended up being over an hour later till he rang back. When speaking to the boss he was very reasonable, apologised and offered a full refund. He also said he himself, would make us 5 meals at whatever time we want. When we asked for a set time, we were told a different time to which we agreed and were reasonable. We also only asked for four meals, again being reasonable as we had a family member out the house. My sister went to collect the food, her food was again wrong. The food was also late and she saw the boss walk in and walk straight back out. He didn't actually end up making the food. We also only received £10 as refund and not the full amount. When I messaged the boss about the refund, I never got a response back. I am shocked at the service at this place and will not ever go here again, neither will my family!!"
