"A simple and cheap option for a short stay in London! Definitely enjoyed my stay here with a McDonald's nearby to grab a quick familiar bite. But the cafes along the street were also really nice! Overall stay here was cosy and nice. The room is clean and the staffs were really helpful!"
"I am truly shocked by my experience at this hotel. My rooms towels didn’t smell the greatest but I always bring my own so it didn’t matter to me much. The location was pretty good. Less than a minute from the train station. However whatever positives I can say about this hotel, is wholly undermined by what I saw as my stay was coming to an end. I was extremely shocked to find cockroaches in my bed after I awoke. I took video evidence and photos of the creepy crawly’s and showed the reception staff. They honestly did not care and I was in a rush because I needed to catch a train. I had to disinfect everything I had scared a cockroach was hitchhiking and it could have started an infestation in my home. They said they will refund me back in August but have now refused so as a warning to others, choose someplace else!!!"
