"The hotel has great location. Stuff is friendly and if you have a problem they will find a way to help. They are polite. Wifi was surprisingly good. Room was super small looked like a prison cell. The central heating did not work so they brought remote heater which was suspicious in terms of safety. Isolation is poor, you can easily hear your neighbors next door talking or when they have a shower. Fridge was giving strange noises during night. Carpet was with old stains, same with some towels but in general clean. In general whole ambient looked like in the 80s and this hotel is crying for renovation. Not worth for the money given."
"Ordered a double room. It was very clean and well-prepared. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. When I left to checkout the cleaners were very polite. Overall a very good experience for a good price!"
"The main issue was the room cleanliness and air conditioning not being available in the rooms. The bathroom sink and carpets were not very well cleaned, the rest of the room was okay for 2 nights. They provided us with 2 fans, one of them did not work properly and it was really hot so it definitely was a struggle while getting ready and sleeping. Location-wise it's great, central, nearby transportation available, both bus and tube stations. Service from the reception was really good, they have luggage storage available for an affordable price (£5 for each 2 large luggage). Definitely would give them more stars if they increased the cleanliness standard and made air-conditioning available in the rooms."
"Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. Very surprised to read the bad comments!! My family join me to thank the staff for this amazing stay. We felt very welcomed the day we checked in. Our room was not ready when we arrived so they kindly gave us another room so we could settle down quickly to go out."
"Central to London so incredibly convenient. However there's no air-conditioning in most of the rooms, on the day I stayed it was as high as 32 degrees in London and the room felt hotter than that. I was given a cheap fan which only succeeded in blowing hot air in my face. I had to sit on the windowsill until roughly 03:00-03:30 until I was so exhausted I fell asleep beside the window. I woke up sitting against the window at around 05:00 and at that point decided it wasn't worth trying to get any more sleep. Worst experience I've had in a hotel in recent memory. The room I was given was also the smallest room I think I've ever had. If it was larger than 6x4 I'd be astounded. I won't be staying again. The only silver lining is that my company we're paying for the room, had I spent my own money I would be so incredibly annoyed with myself."
