I answered the door today and he was very friendly and knows that nan always puts her light on so he knows she's going to answer her door. "Didn't think you could get ruder than the woman who shouts across what's your address then proceeds to yell your prescription details until the man came out saying basically your an inconvenience and go to a pharmacy nearer your home . The shelves are empty and it's a scruffy mess !"

"Very expensive compared to other pharmacy's, for example 70p per dressing pad vs 20p or 25p at other places (not to mention the fact they are not even fit for purpose the adhesive is useless) mark up for 25%-50% compared to other pharmacy's. Staff act like you are an inconvenience, asking them to do their job gets sighs as responses. Items of shelves are dusty. In general very poor compared to other places."
"My partner went into chemist with his repeat prescription last Mon & went to collect them on fri. ( only 1 out of the 7 was ready. That was no use to me ) Was told they would have them ready today. Collected them only to find out that 4 boxes of tablets missing. By time he got back to chemist they were closed as close at 1pm on Saturdays. Not VERY HAPPY. AND HE WILL BE RINGING HEAD OFFICE UP FIRST THING ON MONDAY"
