"Have been using this chemists since I moved to this area about 4 yrs ago never really had an issue until earlier today, for around 3 yrs now have been ordering my script over the phone never had any problems really. When I spoke to one of the ladies that works there to put my order in everything to then be told after the fact that if I had access to the Internet, which I do but was using works laptop and have had issues of late with service provider so didn't want to risk going on another site or app. The lady then continued in not so nice tone next time use that as our 80's to 90's are struggling to get through on the lines to put their order in, which I get but her tone was uncalled for and this has only come about now after coming out of lockdown for nrly 2 yrs of no issues in ordering over the phone"
