"Usually great service but today I went to collect my medication and the door was locked and lights were out. This was at approximately 1.30.The opening times on the door said 9 till 5, when I knocked on, I was told they were shut until 2. Not helpful, I have now run out of my medication as I cannot go back today to collect as I work in a care home and have a shift to work. An elderly man also tried the door only to be turned away. There is no signage on the door to explain the 'new' opening times causing people to come out of their homes for their medication only to have to make the trip again later or on another day. During this pandemic this is really not fair, especially for the elderly as they are having to make an extra trip out when it shouldn't be necessary. Please make your opening times clear on the door. Thankyou."
