"Stayed for 4 nights, everything was good but the only thing I didn't like was towels, they didn't provide fresh towels every day."
"If you need something cheap and local but not a hostel, then this place will do. But make sure you're able to call when you get there. I arrived within check-in time and rang the bell for almost 10 minutes in the cold, before I called the number taped on the window 'for deliveries'. Only then did someone not very welcoming come to hand me my keys and open the door. No introduction, no welcome. It is very close to the W16 bus stop (right outside) and I supposed in the summer its a very short walk to other bus stops to all over east, central, north and south London. My room was very warm, which was wonderful. And the blanket on the bed was so soft. The mattress however was quite thin, and my muscles felt that in the morning. The bathroom was so poorly cleaned! Pee stains on the seat, hair in the shower and on the floor, watermarks & limescale on the glass, the shower head had been broken and poorly taped back to seal a leak, the toilet seat was unsteady- ready to come off. There were soap dispensers that were empty, and one filled with what looked and felt like really watered down soap. There was no indication about the availability of the kitchen or ironing board downstairs. There was a sort of ledge that had coffee cup stains on, and the sheet of paper with the wifi code and check in/out details was torn, so a few letters of the password were missing. All I was grateful for was the space, and a warm room to return to. I will not be staying here again if I can help it."
"The Hub is a reasonable priced guest house, I did enjoy the area Leytonstone, it’s about 15 min walk and 5 min bus ride to the nearest tube station and they have a few parking which you have to book beforehand, I had to book my room really late one night due to some unforeseen circumstances and I did change my rooms a few times as I was unsure how long I would be staying, all I can say is they made it a home away from home, the owner really is a good hearted person he not only gave me discount for staying almost a month but also asked me if I needed a ride somewhere as I was new to the area, but most amazing part about my stay was the rooms that came with a kitchenette and an ensuite 3 pce bathroom with wifi and flat screen TV, microwave, kettle, plates, cups and cutlery, hair dryer fresh towels and complimentary toiletries and products, they have two entrances on either sides with common shared and fully equipped bathroom and kitchenette on the main floor for the more affordable single rooms. If you are on a budget and looking for a great experience in London this is the place to stay, if you are a smart consumer and value your money I recommend this place, if you need extended stay for a business trip or with family and kids you have large rooms available at very reasonable prices, If you are an south east Asian with language barrier and care for you currency conversion don’t look any where else all you need to know is how to get to Ilford/East London it’s right around the corner."
"Value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Quite environment. Difficult to find at night time. As no large name board."
"Nice hotel. Good bed, clean room and shower was really good. Neighbourhood was also fine and location bit far from city center but with the central line you can travel really easily."
