Reviews
"Good hotel. 30 min walk, 10 min Uber from O2 arena. Not too bad a price for the location. Nice staff, rooms comfy with comfy beds. Tesco opposite with cafes close by."
"Outstanding customer service, the owner was very friendly and extremely helpful. All types of delicious food nearby. My room was quiet and peaceful despite facing a busy road. Great booking for a quick stay with a fair price!"
"I felt rather uncomfortable on arrival as the staff seemed to be angry that I had my brother with me to help with my bags. I am not sure if it was a miscommunication but it came across rather creepy as it appeared he would have rather me turn up alone. I certainly would not have felt safe doing so. The outside appearance is awful, rooms are tiny in size but adequate in terms of utilities. For the price I paid I can't really complain about the quality of the room but the member of staff could do with a few lessons in customer service."
"Poor communication from the venue. When we arrived there was no one to meet us until we called and someone came to open the hotel. The rooms were very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were marks on the wall and the carpet hadn't been hoovered and dust had piled up. The location was good, a short bus journey to the o2 arena. When we tried to complain to the hotel regarding the state of our room they were not interested. I would not recommend."
