H10 London Waterloo 284-302 Waterloo Road, London SE1 8RQ

"I will start off by saying this review does not include staff. The staff working at this location were very Nice and accommodating. The Stay Was Okay. Firstly, I booked my stay 3 months in advance specifically stating the room that would be required on 3 separate occasions (Booking, Booking Comments, Travel Agent Request) yet we still could not be accommodated the first night we arrived. Secondly, after being moved to the room requested there was many issues. The Room was small and did not make sense. The only other Mirror other than the washroom was placed in the corner behind a Chair and a lamp. There was only 2 Electrical sockets for the whole room, only one was bedside. The TV would sometimes not turn on for 30 minutes despite showing power “on” and also it had problems connecting to the network so channels often were not displayed. The Showers do not feature a Door or a curtain so you have to be very careful not to Flood your washroom as-well as basin height was abnormally tall (not accessible for all) Water pressure was extremely low, you needed to stand huddled near the wall right under the shower head to get any sort of coverage. The room had a significant drainage problem for the shower and the sink, a five minute shower would have you up to your ankles and brushing your teeth would have half the sink filled, took approximately 15-20mins to drain fully. Lastly, the toilet was broken, only the #2 flush function worked but sometimes the liquid waste button was stuck causing the toilet to constantly run and fill the bowl, which until you jiggled the button, this would would not stop. This was not a 4 Star Hotel, maybe a 3 MAX."

"Stayed here at the beginning of March on arrival we was greeted with a smiley face and a cold drink. Front of desk was lovely and made u feel welcome. We had a side room which was lovely as was glass all round. Not huge space but big enough for a couple. The room it self way comfy. It could do with some redecorating but that's just a personal opinion and doesn't affect the room. Breakfast was good with a good choice for everyone. Lovely views from sky bar and they even offer you a thick blanket as it was freezing, which is a nice touch. The only thing I would say is we had a room facing the main street, and as there is a hospital up the road and I'm a light sleeper, I could hear the ambulances all night. Overall good stay"

"My go-to hotel to stay at when in Europe. Super clean good smelling sheets, staff are friendly and location is walkable to Waterloo station. Please try this hotel when you are in a city that has it, you will love it. The lobby always smells fresh and clean, breakfast was included as I'm a member. Welcome drinks and jelly candies, super recommend this hotel!"

"Nice hotel in walking distance to Waterloo Station and London Eye. The check-in took quite long but the staff served us with a sparkling wine so that waiting didn’t seem so long :P The room was quite small but the view was really nice. The staff didn’t always manage to clean our room although we were always back very late in the afternoon before going out again for dinner. The skybar is absolutely stunning - definitely a must go when staying at the hotel! All in all a really good place to stay when going to London!"

"Just back from a quick city break. Never stayed at an H10 before and to be honest not really heard of them before. It was really great. From check in and the whole stay was superb. Check in drinks in arrival. Roof terrace complimentary drinks. Rooms were small but well decorated, equipped and clean with great views. Superb Breakfast in the morning. Would recommend and will definitely stay again"
