"We stayed here for one night due to its close proximity is to the O2 arena. The hotel is around 20 minutes from central London by tube, and one tube stop away from the O2. The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly, and the free breakfast includes a wide range of buffet style hot and cold food and drinks. Great stay. I will definitely come back."
"Lovely stay. The room was clean, bed was really comfortable and the only noise was the road which you would expect. Breakfast was spot on (bacon, sausages, eggs, vegan sausages, beans, toast, cereals, croissants) you couldn't really ask for more. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was easy, plenty of space (£15 for 24 hours if you register and pay in the hotel). Close to the tube and cable cars. :)"
"I was in london only for 3 days but this hotel was perfect! Lovely breakfast, friendly staff. Close to the subway and with an Italian restaurant and McDonald’s close to it! Room has a decent space considering we are talking about London, the only thing is that was the sofa bed, it would’ve been nice to have two beds instead of a bed and a sofa bed. However, I’ll be back one day for sure!"
"Second time we've stayed and very happy with our stay there. Room very clean and beds comfortable although sofa bed not as much. Great location for light rail, and buses. Sainsburys Local right opposite and McDonald's just 10mins walk down the road. You can park here which is £18 a day but worth it for convenience. Negative issues - Had constant problems with our room keys (we had 2 rooms). Toilet seat broke as well which was annoying. Bathroom outdated."
"Why 2 stars? Hotel overall deserves 4 stars, as location, cleanliness and comfort. When first arrive at reception, they was looking at me like: Yooooo, what’s up!? I don’t know if we have here what you looking for. My look is casual. I was there with my wife. If you arrive at a hotel reception with bags, I presume you’re looking after a room. But I’m not sure what they were thinking. I look at my wife, she look at me and we both started to laugh like: what the…. Anyway, that was my first interaction. Second one, they mixed up my room giving me a twin instead a double, but called reception and they’ve changed key straight away. In the morning, they advertise A RICH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST! Oh no, they have boiled eggs, beans, bacon and bread. Some yogurt, cereals, coffee and milk. The breakfast was outrageous. They were families with child and the kids started to cry, what do they eat?????"
