Premier Inn London Stratford hotel Montfichet Road, London E20 1EE

"Premier are still operating a ridiculous ask and we'll service your room policy, I think it's done in the hope that guests either can't be bothered or forget to ask. During our three night stay, we asked on two different days for the room to be serviced. On the first occasion, the room was partially serviced, but the towels weren't changed, second timenof asking they forgot to service our room altogether. Please, just service the rooms as standard like all other hotels. Since COVID, Premier have tried to scrimp on room servicing, even though they charge more than some nearby hotels who do service rooms as standard. This is a basic part of the service and guests expect it. Premier, stop trying to cut corners. The other problem with this hotel is the atrocious lifts. It has 16 floors and during our stay only two of the three lifts were operational. The staff have no service lift so we had to wait for housekeeping to stop on every floor. On one occasion we had to queue for the lift and it took 45 minutes to get to our room (no exaggeration). Not acceptable Premier."

"Room was great. Clean tidy and comfortable. Would have giving 5 star rating but the in house restaurant was understaffed therefore waiting seemed excessive. Food excellent and staff polite and helpful."

"For location, this hotel is great. Located in Westfield Shopping Centre, and with train / tube stations for easy access to central London. Thou we were here as a team competing in the Olympic village. Sadly the rooms are very tired, and are of the old Premier Inn style. That being said, the hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Back next year"

"The reception manager Bella was exceptional in her efforts to make me feel welcome and looked after on a recent business trip. She went out of her way to ensure that special preferences were met. Her reception colleague Argain was very professional and welcoming too. It made my business trip so much easier and less stressful! Thank you very much."

"Awful hotel - terrible appliances, TV from the early 2000s, not even a fridge? Shower was terrible, pillows were stained, fire alarm was broken which led to around about 2 hours of incessant random beeping on the entire hotel - staff did not even seem to care. Left the hotel at one point with my girlfriend and came back 15 minutes later to a man standing in our room fixing something in the ceiling (air-con most-likely)?? He abruptly left awkwardly and I was not notified at all about him coming up or being there at all. The view is lovely from the hotel and that's genuinely about it. Cough up a little more money and stay somewhere nicer - not worth it."
