"This is not a 5 stars hotel ! No room service at night, I had to wait 10 minutes at the front desk as no one was there at my arrival. Rooms, bed and carpet are old. And no cosy space to stay to discuss or having a drink. Good things : swimming pool, fish and chips, bath + shower in the bathroom."
"Long overdue review. My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was honestly one of the most attentive and thoughtful hotels I’ve been too. They surprised us with a beautiful cake in our room which tasted unbelievable, and would arrange for house keeping to sort our room out throughout the day, not just once like other hotels. They gave us access to the virgin active leisure club nearby, which was a luxurious and well equipped centre with a top level pool with a 360• view of London. One of our best stays and better than other 5stars we have stayed at. Worth the money as the service you get is unbeatable. Apologies for a very long overdue thank you for a great memorable stay."
"Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff could not be more accommodating. Fantastic service all round, beautiful and comfortable rooms with the most amazing views. We had a couples massage and it was truly the best massage we have ever had-Highly recommend if you have time during your stay. The only downside was that room service is advertised as 24hour but it is actually only until 10.30pm. Breakfast was also phenomenal. Thank you!"
