Reviews
"Located a 5 minute walk from London Bridge, very convenient for Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Very clean and extremely quiet at night, good breakfast, free water and bottles, only downside is the parking is off site and a 10 min drive away..... but that is typical of downtown London hotels so should be no surprise at all."
"Hotel room was fine but basic. Staff friendly on arrival. Used the steak restaurant and expected to be able to charge to my room. No body mentioned that the financial link doesn’t work, the restaurant manager explained to me that everyone knows and that I was the only person who didn’t, it was the hotels fault for not telling me. I recommend the sign is changed or updated as it was quite embarrassing and detracted from the evening massively."
"Rooms were tiny and we had to switch rooms do the fact our first room the door wasn't locked when we when to get in. No safes in the room but the offer it at the front desk. They do check bags which is nice. The hotel restaurant is only available in the left elevator. And we had to go get our own food after a half-hour of waiting. Food was okay. Would of been better if was hot."
"I stayed there for 5 nights in early October. The service at this hotel chain is just bad. The front desk staff were never friendly. Worse, they're just not helpful. We had to constantly hassle them just to get clean towels (calling front desk, speaking in person to them). When I checked out they told me due to a system upgrade they were unable to give me a tax invoice on the spot and assured me they would email me for it. No email ever came through. I've now emailed them 5 times in the last two weeks and despite their website saying 'enquiries will be responded to in 1 business day', I'm losing confidence that they will never send me that tax invoice (needed to claim the cost for business travel)."
"From the outside, it looks like a decent hotel. The reception area is tiny which means there's always a queue. The desk staff seemed to be struggling with the systems and as usual Hotels. Com didn't send through my comments. There's a lounge area but you don't really know if you can use it or when. There's water filling stations by the lifts which is a good idea. I was in 505 which has absolutely no direct view due to the parapets. The room was large and had a good deal. Big TV but that needs an update as half the Channel Guide is missing. Bathroom was good and the shower was powerful and hot. All in all, fairly decent hotel. What I didn't enjoy: Corridors were noisy with people going to their rooms till late That confusing lounge area No in-room information about the hotel Hot and miss trying to get cabs in the area"
