"Overall very good stay for us! The location is excellent - despite being a bit far from the tube, it’s very well connected to all main locations through buses that run frequently. The area is lively and convenient (bars restaurants and supermarkets all quite close by). The room was spacious - especially the bathroom - and well furnished, didn’t feel like anything was missing. We had some issues with heating the first night which was immediately fixed. We didn’t have any issues with any noise throughout the whole week. The only “negative” was that while the room was kept overall quite clean, we noticed as the days went by that it was being cleaned superficially (ie if coffee powder was spilled on the counter it stayed there the next day). Also one of the nights we noticed the sheets were stained. But overall the hotel was kept tidy and with an acceptable level of cleanliness. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that, we def appreciated having a kettle and a fridge in the room to make our own breakfast when needed. Staff was kind and did their job well."

"Utterly disappointing. Somebody went through my bag left in the room during the day and I noticed a 50£ worth perfume bottle was missing in my personal effects when I came back. I complained at the reception and I was told to write an email. I got no response, not even excuses. If you are planning a trip to London, you better book in an other hotel."

"This was a birthday weekend treat for my partner, I was mortified seeing the small, basic room with poor DIY maintenance. There was a loud humming sound all night which kept us awake and the hotel is situated in a rough, dirty, run down area of London. The whole hotel smelt of curry, and I checked out a day earlier to find a much better hotel for just a few pounds, more situated in the heart of London. Very overpriced hotel and would definitely not return. Also nowhere near a tube station but there is a bus stop right outside."

"Perfect overnight stay !!! Room clean , spacious and quiet. Despite other reviews there is NO club under the hotel !!! Staff polite and knowledgeable. Drinks at bar good price for London. Didn't have breakfast but seemed plenty . Will be returning !!"
