Radisson Blu Edwardian Bond Street Hotel, London 350 Oxford Street, London W1C 1BY

"Always feels like home when staying at Radisson Blu Edwardian Berkshire in Oxford Street, London. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and it is recommended to book deluxe room due its spacious size compared to similar category in London, rooms have reasonable amenities (i posted photo from Deluxe room no 618 overlooking Oxford Street). I usually book room based on Bed and Breakfast to enjoy the delicious fresh open buffet breakfast which you can also be ordered at the room. The hotel offer free WiFi and daily HK cleaning. You can request from the hotel to arrange airport transfers at very reasonable rates. Hotel is adjacent to Bond metro station which enables easy access to major tourists attractions as well as shopping areas (Disney shop is downstairs). Also, within the walking distance there are many shops and cafes nearby the hotel. Highly recommended."

"My wife and I stayed here for a short, romantic break. Great location on Oxford Street, opposite Bond Street tube station. (The hotel is right above the Disney store). We booked an executive, two room suite on the top floor, so that we had plenty of space to relax. Loved it! I wish we had been able to stay longer."

"Been at other Radisson hotels before and this one has been a great disappointment. The hotel is under renovation, people are drilling, painting, lot of areas are not available. The reception is tiny, we arrived and have to asked one of the workers to call someone, nobody there. Very unformal and disorganized. Our room was not ready, despite we arrived at the right time. On top of that the bedroom was awful. Never seen a room without bedside lamps... you only have the super bright LCD lights. Very poor quality, worse room of my life for USD 380 a night. The bathroom has a shower in the bath...and is so small that the shower will spit water all around. Forget to try to use it with 2 people, wont be possible due to space, but the room taken was for 2! On top, the breakfast was cold, no butter!, food over cooked, cold and dry. Most of the juices were gone, empty jars... what an awful place! Opposite the hotel there is a building that workers and machinery are busy breaking it down... worse? Yes, possible, but not likely. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone. It is ugly, personnel working here simply dont care, very disorganized and even quite dirty. Avoid at all cost !"

"There's no shower handle, the bath is a bit dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and despite being a guest of the hotel- you still have to reserve a spot for afternoon tea. The air conditioner is super noisy and inconsistent, sounds like a fan being played with all night with the fluctuating levels of air every other second. I wouldn't stay here again. But the location is Wonderful."

"Don't book the hotel! it's being renovated everywhere. it's noisy and dusty. craftsmen walk around everywhere! next door, a large building is being demolished. there is also a construction site. it's just dirty and noisy! and nobody warns you when booking that there is chaos there! that's outrageous for the money!"
