"Rooms a little smaller than expected but other than that very clean and very modern. Nice little cubby under the bed for suitcase. Didn't expect not to have coffee facilities in the room however this is available downstairs pretty much 24 hours and if you go in the lift to the basement pretty so you can take any drinks or food to your room without navigating the stairs. Breakfast really good continental breakfast, few issues with replenishing or lack of cutlery really busy for breakfast at 10am..not a show stopper and would definitely book again!"

"Convenient location and was comfortable for the few nights I stayed. Room was clean and love that you are able to control the AC, lighting and Do Not Disturb sign on the bed headboard. Didn’t have the breakfast or visit the lounge area but it looked nice and modern. Staff are also friendly on check in and when I left the building in the mornings. The Hub hotels are smaller rooms in comparison to the usual Premier Inn. They provide shower and hand wash, but if you forget anything else there is a Co-op down the road. For me, it was the perfect hotel for what I needed it for and would stay again."

"The staff is just incompetent, and sometimes also rude and arrogant. We had shipped two items to the hotel, and it took 5 hours for them to find them. After 3 hours, the first item was found. For the second item, the so-called "manager" had the audacity to tell me that we had to contact the courier because they had received only one thing. After providing proof of delivery, she looked again and found it (5 hours had passed, in the meantime). When she brought it to me, her explanation was "it was in the office" - not one single apology. The day after I asked to have my room cleaned and towels changed. When I came back, at 5pm, the room was exactly how I had left it in the morning. No one cleaned it. When asked why this happened, the only thing that the "manager" could say was that I was right. Not really useful. She then offered a 50% refund - I have not received it. On top of that: when arrived, coffee machine did not work and hand soap in my room was empty (and never replenished) - but this are just minor things. Conclusion: my experience there was just terrible. I would not recommend this hotel, because they do not offer the bare minimum service that one expects from a hotel. Some staff are nice and polite, but they are, very simply, not good for the job. Maybe lack of training. The manager was by far the worst, with an attitude that "it is never my fault, and I don't feel like doing anything to assist you". Terrible."
