"As this place is a hub then it lacks the full hotel experience if that is what you are looking for. Nice clean room. Nice lounge area if you want to relax before or after you have been out. Says it has a bar but it is more like a small selection of drinks area. Breakfast is all you can eat for £5.00 which is very reasonable considering where it is located. St James' park over the road, Buckingham Palace just up the mall. Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square a half hour walk away. Good tube links. Vibrant nightlife area. Could do with tea making facilities in the room instead of having to go the lounge every time you want a cuppa. TV was a bit intermittent. Overall, not bad and lot cheaper than full blown hotel experience"
"Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London."
"This is a cheaper option for visiting London. The rooms are very basic with no luxeries but to be honest what more do you want. A good bed and shower. The location is what makes this so good. We did 3 shows and lots of sight seeing. We did not really need our oyster cards as all the places were within easy walking distance. When I say walking we are 64 & 70 with minor problems but still found it easy.."
"Friendly welcome. Rooms are small and expensive (approx. £220 for one night in a double room) however, the location was perfect. 15 minute walk from the coach station, 10 minute walk from Victoria Palace theatre, 10 minute walk from Buckingham Palace, 10 minute walk to Westminster. Small room with basic essentials, suited to a short break as opposed to long stay. Complimentary coffee/tea making facilities are available in the lounge area behind the reception desk which we were quite happy with. Unlimited continental breakfast is available for just £5 per person."
"Pros: Quiet, safe, outstanding location. Cons: A bit more like camping. No toiletries or tissues and only one chair. There were only a few hangers and no storage, so we had to keep our suitcases packed and on the floor. The drop down wall desk was broken. I require an accessible room. If you need one as well, a few cautions: While the shower is roll-in, water goes everywhere and the floor becomes very slippery. The towels are oversized and very heavy. I have coordination and strength issues, which made the towels very difficult to use."
