"Like everywhere at the moment, the hotel seems understaffed so service was a bit random. There was a previous guest's glove left behind down the back of the sofa and the sheet seemed like it was the wrong size for the bed and didn't fit properly. Insufficient coffee/ tea was left in the room for the duration of the stay, by which I mean one cup a day, so you had to join the long queue at reception to request refills. In fact my room had no coffee in it when I arrived. The evening meal staff were also a bit ditsy and generally at all points you can see where premier inn are cutting corners to keep the price down, which to be fair it was well priced and recently refurbished. Beds very comfortable and good TV selection."
"Cozy hotel at a very good location, a step away from Blackfriars station and within a 20-minute walk from the heart of London. The staff is friendly and you can leave your luggage after or before checking in. The rooms are big and clean, though if I found a fault that is the underground rooms (they were cold and I had to turn up the heating at least to 28C to warm it up) and the bathtubs are way too hard to climb into. Other than that, I spent four nights in there and I was very comfortable."
"Check-in was nice and simple, the room was quite spacious for the 4 of us. We were on the ground floor on a street corner but couldn't hear a thing from the outside world. It was nice and quiet. The bathroom was quite small in comparison to the room though. It didn't help that the shower screen let water through to the floor directly in front of the basin and the toilet seat was broken. I let the front desk know and they said they'd pass it on to maintenance. Breakfast was good and plentiful (usual case for Premier Inn). Location was great. Just a couple of minutes walk from Blackfriars Underground, St Paul's Cathedral. About ½ an hour's walk to Westminster Abbey and Parliament etc...and about 20 minutes to the West End theatre district."
"Nice location and just off the main street. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Stayed here for 4 nights and also had our breakfasts here, the staff were helpful and polite so cannot fault this hotel. Would highly recommend."
