"This is a great little independent hotel with fantastic service. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to Victoria, but far enough away that it's quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I can't recommend it enough."
"We stayed here for three nights for a city trip to London. This was a wonderful hotel to stay at and we are very happy with the choice we made to stay at Luna Simone Hotel. The location of the hotel is convenient (bus stops in front of the hotel, two underground stations within a short walk distance), so it is easy to get to any place in the city. The room itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed (comfortable beds, tv, kettle, safe). The owners and staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was made to order in a bright and clean breakfast room. We will gladly come back to stay here in the future and would recommend it to others."
"This was a very good 3 star hotel. The staff were really nice, the room was clean and there were toiletries as well which was nice! I wish I could give 3,5 stars but since that’s not possible I have to settle at 3 stars. You could hear a bit too much from the other rooms and you had to check out at 10AM, which is my reason for it not being a 4-star rating :)"
"This is a truly lovely hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly. The room is compact but better appointed than the vast majority of hotels. The lighting in the rooms is excellent, most hotels the lighting means that it is hard to work into the evening. Not here, perfect desk lighting. Breakfast is great. The staff radiate the attitude that there would be not request to big for them. Really great stay."
