"Checking out tomorrow and it could not be sooner, booked the level but it should be renamed the basement. Loads of staff but from the managers down to the bottom they seem to be on a different plannet. What makes it even better is that I was treated to two Melia head office ladies quiet openly discuss everything about promotions to demotions of staff while the customer service around them is like 10 dollar motel. I could write a novel on the circus of a stay I had, it would make very funny reading except it cost me a lot of money. If I got this hotel for free I would not stay here again. #zerolevelservice"
"Nice hotel with a horrible service. We arrived at 12, they promised our room to be ready at 3 - but it wasn’t. The shower and the bathtub was dirty with hairs from the former guests. The beds for our children they prepared only after we asked the fourth time for it at 9PM!"
"I'm shocked, The reception is very bad. The staff is not friendly، The rooms are very small, do not believe the pictures on the site. The air conditioner does not work in the room and there is no response to fix it. I do not recommend staying in this hotel."
"Stayed here Wednesday to Friday last week and had a mixed experience. At check in there was no welcome drink as advertised or 'private check in', just a slow and rather abrupt staff member. Whilst the room (Junior Suite) was a very nice room sadly it hadn't been cleaned very well as the floor was still covered in dust. To top it off the toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned as someone's bowel movement from the morning before was still there! Reception were good when I informed them and they sent staff to vacuum the room immediately. The level lounge was a nice space and staff helpful and friendly. Maybe the tapas wasn't the most authentic... Coleslaw being passed off as tapas is a new one on me. Decent drinks selection included though. If you are half board you get a 3 course meal included and the menu changes daily for it, we didn't bother with this but saw what other people had and it looked nice. Breakfast was well laid out though it's a shame more people don't wear masks in an open buffet area. One last point to make is that the room isn't very soundproof and you can easily hear alarms from the room next door and even then walking about."
