"We stayed for three days and had a very comfortable and spacious Twin room. This hotel is the prefect location to discover London. A very short walk to Archway metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The receptionist provided us with complimentary parking, so we did not have to book or pay for parking. Amazing staff at the hotel, very helpful and kind . The staff at the restaurant and reception went above and beyond. We will definitely book again."
"Nice hotel, great staff! Managed to check in early than normal which was nice, restaurant opening time was later than we were told but this was due to maintenence which was understandable. We were served by a nice guy named Josh who really went out of his way to make our time in the restaurant more than comfortable. Very well mannered staff, warm and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!"
"Beautiful clean and comfortable room. Staff were so helpful and we all enjoyed a wide variety of food for breakfast, lots of fruit for my kids which they love! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. Right next to the tube station too."
"I stayed here at the Premier Inn on the eve of my wedding, Mark Stephens and his colleague made our room special with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful view, we had 2 rooms breakfast both days and parking all was arranged on our arrival and discounted our room and breakfast 2 was lush had beautiful staff the whole weekend I'm so thankful to Mark for arranged everything and making my wedding stay so Amazing. Our children was so happy with the food choices as they are so fussy but the was something for everyone even lovely hot chocolate. The beds was super comfortable and the coffee machine was a nice touch."
"Room ok. We have stayed in many Premier inns in family rooms and this is not the biggest. Reason for using this one was because of the facilities, bar, reception and breakfast. Breakfast was good. Bar good the first night but closed at 10.30 the following night when we came back from a west end show. Reception under staff when came to leave. Plenty of room for improvement compared to other London Premier Inns"
