"A great and economical hotel in London. The location of it is great. It's near the Hammersmith Station with many stores nearby. We stayed at a premium plus room. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had cooked breakfast, which is delicious and reasonably priced."

"Stayed for two nights with my family. Received the usual high standard of care at reception ( one of the main reasons we use Premier Inn always! ). Rooms were immaculate and very clean. Totally soundproof so two good nights sleep too. It is a perfect base for exploring London as the tube station is a one minute walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants locally to suit all tastes. A big thumbs up to Premier Inn and all the staff there."

"Newly opened branch of Premier Inn which meant that everything was clean and fresh. My room was on the first floor facing the back so it was very quiet although I didn't hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms either so I think the walls were well insulated and sound proofed. The only downside was that the room had no window, only a full length glass insert to let in some light. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast room was in the Bar & Block Steakhouse which was also brand new. Plenty of choice of food and once again the kitchen staff were very cordial and nothing was too much for them. As Premier Inn guests we also got 25% discount on the steakhouse food in the evening and so we had a lovely 3 course meal there on our last day. I loved the location as it was right opposite the Hammersmith tube station, on the main road, which felt very safe and in the midst of things. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London."

"Would have been 5 Star as Restaurant fantastic with reasonable priced food. All staff friendly & helpful & rooms clean, very comfortable & quiet. Only let down was, instead of UHT Milk in rooms for morning tea & coffee, little milk pots were actually fresh(?), semi skimmed milk which had gone off. Didn't realise until I took a couple of sips &, by then, it was too late & I threw up. Did mention this to guy on front desk so Hopefully this issue will be sorted. No good putting fresh milk in a room with no fridge!"

"I would like to start by saying that the staff are super friendly and are a credit to the hotel! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one. The restaurant does lovely cocktails and I'd definitely recommend them - especially the candy floss Martini. The hotel is in such a good location for the Eventim Apollo, bars, restaurants etc. Enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful stay. The hotel missed the mark on a couple of things though. Although the room was generally clean, there was very blatant cocoa powder/ something similar all over the bedside table. My friend also found a hair in the shower. Not quite to the usual very high standard of cleanliness that I'm used to seeing in a Premier Inn. The air con was great during the day but made it too cold for me at night - couldn't seem to turn it off / adjust the temperature. Finally, given that we were staying in a twin room, there was only one bath towel and one hand towel in the bathroom. I did later find another set of towels in the cupboard in the room but this was not the obvious place to look. Other than these minor niggles that need sorting, I really couldn't fault the hotel and would recommend it"
