Reviews
"Really affordable rooms, very neat, polite and friendly staff. They serve a pretty good all inclusive breakfast for 10 pounds. But the location is not that great. It's about 0.8 miles from Turnham Green Station, which means you might need an uber to reach the hotel, if you don't have your own car."
"Can't fault anything other than the lack of parking. It's not the cheapest and they seem perfectly happy to sell more parking than they have spaces in their car park. Rooms are great breakfast is good value."
"Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Firstly when arriving to the hotel we arrived a hour before check in and they kindly let us check in early as the room was ready. Room was lovely and clean and heating was great during this winter weather. Receptionists we’re friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars for me. Lovely area too! Would stay again!"
"Room: Clean, tidy, exactly what we expected. Shower is fine in pressure and nice and hot. Shower gel is provided, however is cheap, bring your own. 38 inch TV with HDMI ports to plug a laptop in which I did. Hotel: Service was OK, staff were a little unmotivated but nothing too bad. Did have to book a table for a nearly empty restaurant. Food is nice with unlimited breakfast buffet and at decent prices. Vending machines offer good choice of every day essentials at decent prices too. Even a bar and restaurant as well, though choice is lacking a bit. Location: There is disabled parking and an underground car park at £15 per day. Spaced are quite limited and tight to get in to in the car park but there is nearby on street parking. Bus stop right outside service 533 into Hammersmith with a tube station 15 minutes walk. I never had any problems with public transport, 533 takes 5 minutes to get into Hammersmith bus station where there's loads of shops and plenty of other buses. Closest shop is 15 minutes walk away, so thats a bit annoying, but didn't affect me as I got what I wanted in Hammersmith before getting back to the hotel. Road outside is very busy but you can't hear a thing in the rooms. Worth calling this a 3 star Hotel, no more but no less. For what it cost I'd stay here again."
"After reading such positive reviews I was really looking forward to staying here. When we arrived there was no one on reception to check in and had to wait a little while, there we no other staff in sight either. We were then kept awake all night by a flashing billboard out the room window, even with the curtains shut it lit up the whole room so had disturbed sleep anyway, only to be woken up very early by drilling and ongoing work above. It was really loud to a point you couldn’t hear a tv over the sound. Plenty of other people were complaining at reception about being woken up so early by this drilling as we should have been made aware of it. I originally booked for 2 nights, but we ended up leaving after 1 night due to the lack of sleep and noise. We felt more comfortable going home to our own beds. The hotel in itself is pristinely clean, room was very nice and has everything you would need. A shame about this experience, I wouldn’t return here."
