"Special mention to Daniela! From day one she made our stay so much better. She works incredibly hard, always with a smile on her face and nothing was too much trouble. She’s a real asset to the hotel and is a great example of someone who delivers excellent customer service."
"Had a very pleasant stay here. Rooms clean and tidy and the staff were all polite and welcoming. Young lad that was down in reception was also manning the bar and restaurant and doing a fabulous job. We will definitely be back soon."
"For a premier inn, this one was excellent. Stayed in the premier plus room and is was clean, spacious and looked like new. Very comfortable stay. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food other than it looked nice. Small bar area and parking available. Excellent position if you are visiting Kew Gardens as we were."
"Our stay is over now but our lampshades were ripped we also booked a family of 4 people and were met with a single bed and a double bed so 1 of our children didn’t have a bed.We had no toilet paper or shower gel. Finally it was very loud outside although I am aware that they can’t control that but they could have made thicker walls upon building. We also asked for a bed before we went out for the day and after being out for 6 hours we still had no bed."
"This hotel is an average business hotel which offers reasonably priced accommodation in a nice suburb of London. I stayed here whilst working at Twickenham Stadium and this hotel offers a convenient stay close to the stadium. The room was good quality and had air conditioning which is not always to be taken for granted. The breakfast was good quality with a large selection of items, all you can eat. The price was a little high for breakfast. I would say the room was about average for business hotels, but the bed was - as premier inn tend to be - above average. On the negative side, the hotel tells me that they do not clean rooms, except between guests. So for longer stays this may be an issue. It is also quite a long walk from Richmond station - probably around 15 minutes. There is quite a limited selection of restaurants nearby and you're looking at 10-15 minute walk for that too. Also the hotel backs onto the yard of a self storage window so if you like to keep the window open for fresh air you may be woken up by vans loading and unloading at all hours. I stay in business hotels around 200 nights a year and I would say this hotel is about average in that category - with a better-than-average price considering the location."
