"Strange experience here, upon entering I was told to take a seat and someone will be with me shortly then eventually I was asked to sit at a desk with only what I can assume a new employee. Told them what I was after and what I had seen online, then they went on the TUI website and completed the same search I had done at home, to then read out the deals / prices I already had. I asked if they had any different options / ideas of what we should do and what was the benefit of me using Hayes over TUI direct - only to be told we will price match. I am sure there are other benefits but I just didn’t get them so booked direct."
