"Booked with Helen in store in March she was really knowledgeable and helpful and found us a fab deal to Corfu. I was gutted when our holiday had to be cancelled and worried we would lose our money it was a nightmare when thomas cook went bust but it was no trouble Helen made some suggestions for next May and rebooked us so we didnt lose anything and havent had to wait for refunds. Lauren has arranged my grandmas some help at the airport for next year and we didnt have to pay any more to change our holiday and the girls said that we can call in when the shop is open for a gin, me nan loves gin.
