"Absolute disgrace. I literally waited 5 hours, from 23:30 until 04:30 to be seen( on a Tuesday night). Everyone that came after me was let in first, at 3:30 AM I was the only person left in the waiting room, yet it took another hour be cute I was see . I had to start work at 7:40 the next morning."
"Miscommunication, ridiculous waiting time, forgot to give me my results, the receptionist did not care a bit just unhelpful and very unprofessional. I do not recommend to anyone, worst experience I ever had. A&E in England is a joke anyway but in here I felt like I found the hole circus."
"Treatment was good but process and information less so. Needed x ray but not told or updated how long wait to have that seen to might be. In meantime nowhere to put foot up , having a potential ankle fracture. Radiologists good , when seen after nearly 3 hours. Nurse practitioner excellent and i was promptly seen after xray. Good communication and discussion of condition and way forward from her.. Fracture clinic helpfully provided follow up by phone within 24 hours. Gentleman was and reassuring, informative and supportive. Overall I was at Urgent Care Centre for approx four hours from late morning on a weekday. Facility quite busy and limited seating due to covid distancing."
