"One star is overly generous. Parcel was on a 48h delivery. 5 working days later no sign of the parcel. Countless calls and emails to customer service nothing but false reassurances and failed callbacks. I explained how urgent and time sensitive this item was and offered to collect it but no intests to help fix the problem. It was as if their customer service agents are just programmed to say "sorry it will be with you tomorrow" then never follow up on anythling. No empathy or any drive to fix the problem. In the end I had to source new products and collect them myself. I strongly suspect any 5 star rating is false. Personally would avoid letting this company handle any of your courier needs."
"I used this service 2 years ago, typed in the correct dimensions and weight of my parcel (as calculated by Despatch Bay), paid the amount due and then posted the item . 2 years later I have seen £60 taken from my PayPal account because the item was oversized ! I was never made aware of this at the time and the dimensions and weight of my parcel were exactly as I stated - the fundamental point of this service is to find the best price for the size of parcel you have and it completely failed .
