"ANGELA RHEAD - I used this service yesterday for the first time, from Retford to Manchester Airport. I was travelling alone so was a little nervous that I wouldn't get there in time and didn't want the usual nightmare of travelling by train with all the added pressures. The driver was polite, got out of the car to ascertain is I had a suitcase and once inside made sure I was comfortable with the temperature. The interior was extremely clean and fresh & he conversed intelligently and pleasantly which made a change from many taxi services. The journey was very smooth, I felt safe and relaxed at all times and we arrived within 25/30 mins of my maximum arrival time, so a great weight was lifted off my shoulders.
