"WORST EVER insurance company، they RIP OFF customers and don't deserve 1 star. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER insure your car ، pet home or anything with this company. They take your money and its fraud. They insure you cheap initially but charge you so much for everything later.They insure you then they cancel you for stupid excuses and charge you highly even within 14 days of policy. I have used many car insurers for last 20 years. NCI is WORST INSURANCE company ever used in my life. NCI offered me £450 insurance and I have 10 years NCB. NCI charged me £55 but cancelled my insurance from their side and forced me to pay the £55 cancellation fee because I had a none fault accident many years ago. I said okay، if NCI cancel my insurance for this reason they can use the deposit for cancellation . They said that the deposit is none refundable. They charged me £110 for 10 days insurance and they cancelled my insurance for an accident that was proven not to be my fault and forced me to pay cancellation fee within14 days of policy. Alot of insurance companies have a free cancelation fee with 14 days of taking out insurance. NCI told me if I dont pay cancelation fee they refer me to debt collection which will cost more. My advice is to AVOID at all costs!!!!!!"

"RUN AWAY. DO NOT TAKE A POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY. If you are reading this, please don't make the mistake I, and many others, have made. Run away as quickly as possible! This company is the epitome of why people feel insurance brokers/ providers are out to take every penny from them but will run and hide when it comes to providing the protection needed. Furthermore, on what planet it costs £150 to cancel a policy is a planet that I'm not accustomed to. Funnily, they said their standard cancellation fee was £75, but reading comments, some people had standard fees of £55..... The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of. I'm glad to be away, even if they did basically daylight-rob the best part of £150."

"Very long waiting time to get through, incompetent staff who don't know simple answers to questions (I was passed to a supervisor who also didn’t know and told me to look on their website). I just wanted to know if they did multicar insurance. A yes or no would suffice. Unless you want to waste your time, avoid this company."
