"Generally excellent to deal with. Insured my home and two cars with them so far. Particularly good for insuring my modified Mustang. Lots of owners club members use them for that reason. They seem to understand more specialist cars and modifications better than the mainstream insurers, and its good to be able to actually speak to someone. Very competitive pricing, and they make an effort to beat other insurers, whilst offering better cover. Would have given 5 stars but tried to insure my wife's car this week without success. I had a complicated situation with two cars at two different address's and different names drivers on each but they still managed to get me a multi policy discount with legal and breakdown insurance included with the price - and for £10 per policy more expensive than what I was spending - I think that's great value for money.. No call centres - get to speak to the same real human every time - they actually remember you and ask you how you are doing. Much more personal and professional.
