"Very Disappointed , we used WTJ Insurance for the past 4 / 5 years after being wooed by the very charming Mark Woodhead. Sadly his team do not have the same charisma, we ran into problems with WTJ when they sold us a very dubious Premier Guarantee policy which caused us financial loss, and was in effect a worthless policy , WTJ still insisted they were entitled to their broker fee, even though they knew how poor the company they had introduced us to were. They disregarded us as a customer, and are very short sighted, and not into making long term customers. Surely it is easier to retain an existing paying customer than have to go to the effort of finding a new one. Sorry Mark, these lads are undoing your hard work."
