On completion of the job everything looked good with the new coolant, but a few days later it was clear they had just drained and refilled the system without flushing it through."

I noticed there were some car parts too inside and a large display of bikes of all sizes. The assistant was excellent. He was helpful and pleasant and did everything possible to help us find what we wanted. They also sell gift tokens in store and online. I think it's a good idea to try Halfords before any other car shop as it is so impressive."

"Unbelievably poor service. I arrived at 16.50 (website states closing time 18.00) after pulling off the M1 as my tyre pressure light had come on. I was told they do not do random tyre checks and they were all leaving (around 6 men sat around) in 10 mins. Refused to help me until tomorrow morning despite me saying I had an onward journey to complete tonight therefore happy to let me carry on driving in a potentially unsafe vehicle! I have been a loyal customer for well over 15 years and have never been treated so badly. Thoroughly disgusted and will take my custom elsewhere in the future."

"2 weeks ago I purchased 2 tyres from Halfords online to be fitted at Gordon’s silk wood park, I can’t fault the service I received in any way. It was the front tyres that were worn so I asked if I could have the new tyres on the rear because the new tyres had an higher load rating for towing , I spoke to Lee who said he would sort it. When I returned to collect the car Lee said it was taking a little longer than normal due to the car having sensored wheels, they had to swap the tyres over not just the wheels, with no extra charge for doing this, where else would you get service like that. When I purchased the tyres, Halfords were the cheapest I could find online for that tyre and fitting, A couple of days later I saw the tyres cheaper on a social media advert, so contacted Halfords and with their price guarantee I received just over £40.00 back.
