"We visited for the first time today and we was so pleasantly surprised by just how big the place is, so many beautiful home items, garden furniture, gorgeous candles and the most delicious selection of different foods and drinks to by to take home. the cafe was superb and the staff are super friendly and attentive, we ordered a English breakfast and a bacon sandwich and both was amazing all fresh good quality produce I had a ice coffee which I really enjoyed and the latte was great also super throffy!! Overall I can’t wait to come back soon."
"So impressed with this garden centre. It was definitely one of the nicest centres I’ve ever been. It’s very big with lots of healthy plants and flowers. Great Christmas displays and festive atmosphere. The cafe was tasty and lots of tables to sit. It’s a bit pricey but lovely to splurge on something nice!"
"Fantastic breakfast with high quality produce. Can find cheaper breakfasts in the area for sure but you won't find better value for money. Lady at checkout till extremely friendly. Will be going back soon."
"Very disappointed with the service today. We had 3 breakfasts and they all came out at totally different times. I understand that it is hard to get everything ready at the same time as I have run and owned my own catering business but to send every meal out at different times isn't acceptable. Even the toast for the breakfast it came with came out at a different time. The service wasn't great at the till either. None of the staff smile and it seems like a chore for them to be at work. Such a shame as the venue is amazing. For the price we paid I would expect a lot better all round service. Wont be rushing back."
"Willowbrook Garden Center. Lots of parking and disabled spaces right beside the entrance with very small signs and unusually parallel parking to a boundary fence. Nose to tail leaves very limited space for wheelchairs stowed in the boot. I didn’t make it as far as the outdoor section because navigating through the packed gift and household goods and glassware was too difficult to be worth while. Narrow passages and stock overhanging floor storage waiting to snag an unwary customer. For safety I retreated to the coffee shop and waited for everyone else to find me, for their fizzy juice, cakes and sweets. I was very disappointed to find my coffee undrinkable. Either machine cleaning or staff training might help. On the way out to the car park however I bought some fantastic fruit at The Fruit Shack now that was quality! 5star for sure and juicy and ripe. With easy access here they understand how to meet the needs of a wheelchair customer and family."
