"Massively impressed with both the service and product quality. Desks and task chairs ordered just before lock-down during a very tense period for everybody. Steve and the sales team went the extra mile in spite of both the disruption in London pre-lockdown and the order being low volume. Installation completed on time at very short notice to a very professional standard. Desk and task chair as good as products I've previously paid 4x more for. Can't recommend highly enough."
"When conducting an office fit out, it is extremely important to find reliable, honest, but most importantly trustworthy partners. We were introduced to Workstories via a mutual, and on the surface everything looked great. As soon as we ordered our desks, everything fell apart - Communication disappeared, emails and phone calls were ignored and incorrect items were delivered. In fact, it took 3 attempts to deliver the correct parts to assemble the furniture, and when this was finally done, it turned out they had delivered the wrong colour desk dividers which took another 3 weeks. Fast forward 6 months - we are expanding our office and in order to match the existing furniture we had no choice but to purchase from Workstories again. Well guess what - they delivered the wrong equipment because they were out of stock of what we ordered, and thought it was acceptable to deliver a substitute without checking with us. They promised they would look to fix the situation and their sales director call us in the morning - guess what.. he didn't. We are now in an extremely difficult situation where we have arranged for new office furniture to be installed over the weekend to ensure no disruption to the working week, and it now cannot be done properly. We will need to pay for contractors to come back and finish the job when Workstories finally deliver the right product. If you are looking for a reliable provider you can trust, I HIGHLY advise you look elsewhere - even if you end up paying a little more. The amount of time spent arguing with Workstories, and as a result, the loss of productive work hours has meant the cost to our business has been extortionate."
