"We recently used Tafts for a sale and purchase. We didn't have the best communication with them throughout - constantly chasing for replies, both of our agents got involved and in the end we felt the only way to speed up the process was to constantly ring or email them. Often when we phoned we spoke with a young male on reception, he was never very helpful, only giving very brief answers to our queries. Several times we were told someone would get back to us "shortly" and this didn't happen unless we chased them, again first. To top it off, on the day of completion we heard nothing from them, despite them telling us we would get a phone call, again we had to chase them first, so we didn't know our house had completed, until we contacted them. Wouldn't recommend."
