"I am horrified by the sheer level of incompetence at this branch. The worst decision to buy from them. Totally regret working with them. 1. The staff is not courteous/professional at all. When we went to this branch for the first time after a scheduled appointment, we were told to wait for 2 hours after getting a confirmed appointment as the designers were busy. When I asked the reason, I was told that "you have other options out there, if you don't want to wait, there are other kitchen options out there.' 2. We went back and forth across multiple designs. A lot of times, I had to keep reminding them of designs and basic stuff that they had promised to send us and there was a sheer lack of professionalism on sending back designs, emails, etc. 3. When I got a time to go with my designer to the branch, they did not inform me at all that my assigned designer decided to take the day off. I called them to confirm a 'confirmed appointment' one evening back and they couldn't find my appointment. I kept chasing the designer to realize I didn't get time. 4. I finally got a good designer who started helping us out. One fine day, I am told that she is not a part of their team anymore. There is no handover, nothing and I am chasing again. 5. Now comes the most horrible part - after months of back and forth, designs and layouts - the delivery team sends us the wrong cabinet size!!!! I later realize the fridge has not been delivered. I call back the designer and he says 'you can call the fridge company yourself.' What's the point of buying from Wren? 6. I called up again to check the status twice yesterday and again today and no one is available. The staff has the same way of dealing with us - rude, unprofessional and totally uncalled for, A horrible mistake and the worst part is there is no one who wants to fix all this. Terribly dissapointed and dismayed at this. I have spent so much more time on the kitchen vs. the whole house. This has been going on for the last 4 months and I am really upset at the way Wren has managed our kitchen. Totally not recommended and I'd suggest you stay away from this branch."
"I had such a positive experience dealing with Wren. Varnit, who was the sales person I dealt with initially was so helpful, the whole kitchen was virtually designed for me, and there was such personal care over it. We had many conversations and I went into the showroom twice to finalise details. I found him so helpful and very professional and caring. The delivery was great, 1 item was missing but that was sent out no problem when I followed up. The kitchen looks amazing, such great quality, I am so pleased I used Wren kitchens."
"We were very impressed with the Wren service. The initial home visit was excellent, with the Wren Designer listening to our ideas, and then providing some excellent suggestions. He then very quickly did a design on his laptop for us. We then went through loads of options, and settled on a final design. We then visited the showroom a few days later and went through options for door colours, worktops, appliances and flooring. The service from everyone in the showroom was excellent. Wren explained that the fitters are contractors for Wren, and some additional work such as tiling would need to be discussed directly with the fitter. However, Wren provided us with a price guide for all of the jobs the fitter could do as extras. Once we had booked the job with Wren, the fitter contacted us and went through everything with us. We had lots of extra work we wanted done, including decorating. Was pleased that the fitter did price this work in line with the Wren pricing guide. The whole process went to schedule, and we are very pleased with the finished product. Based on our experience, we would recommend Wren."
"I am beyond disappointed with Wren Kitchens in Charlton. Much like the previous review, my first visit to their store was fantastic. Brilliant service. Attentive, professional and hugely insightful. They even boasted how they were the no1 Kitchen business due to their customer service and I was convinced of it myself. Then came the aftercare.... which was absolutely shocking. We were dealing with a gentleman called Gracia, who was brilliant on the day we bought the kitchen; however, after this: 1) It was extremely difficult to get hold of him 2) constantly on holiday 3) he got the order wrong and left out our door handles. To make matters worse, when we flagged to him that he had forgotten to include them, he had the audacity to blame us and said we had never asked for them, which was hilarious because I clearly remember walking around the store and specifically picking out the style and colour we wanted. When the handles arrived, they were wrong. With no way to contact him, we reverted to customer services, which left us with: 1) apparently no one capable of helping us as they did not have the authority to fix orders 2) constant reassurance that they would follow up with solutions. No one followed up..... Do not buy your kitchen from this brand. I really did not want to post this review but I snapped this morning when I discovered that the correct handles are finally arriving, but are heading to the wrong address... At this point they can not repair the shocking service they have provided. Do not use this brand."
"We had a very satisfying experience with Wren. From the design team, to project managers and to the installation crew, all were very professional and did a good thorough job. Really no complaints at all. We love our new kitchen!"
