"Although we understand we sold and bought our properties during the pandemic, the solicitors at Taylor Emmet were very slack from our perspective. It took on average sometimes almost two days for an answer to very simple questions, trying to get in touch was very difficult and we have only received our documents for the purchase a couple of days ago.
